Recent research proves Pro-active Vitamin D is very effective in patients with Osteoporosis
According to research conducted recently, Vitamin D treatment plan is best for patients who are suffering from Osteoporosis. This treatment plan certainly reduces the chance for Vitamin D deficiency. This new data will be submitted at the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists (AACE) 17th Annual Meeting & Clinical by Harinder Singh, MD on Friday, 16 May, 2008. This event will be held at the Walt Disney World Dolphin Resort in Orlando.
According to Dr. Singh, Vitamin D deficiency is quite common in patients with Osteoporosis. He will explain how his research work showed a high rate of Vitamin D deficiency in patients who are in treatment for Osteoporosis. In addition, how it supposed to be met with an aggressive treatment routine.
The topic, Vitamin D and Osteoporosis, is widely discussed around the world and will be a highlight in the upcoming meeting at the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologists (AACE). There will be two major sessions in the meeting, Osteoporosis and Vitamin D Deficiency. The first session Osteoporosis will focus on the possibility of once-a-year treatment for Osteoporosis by Nelson Watts MD, FACP, MACE, an AACE Member. The second session Vitamin D Deficiency will focus on the importance of vitamin D intake to decrease the severity of chronic endocrine-related diseases.
